Because of our dropshipping model — where products are shipped directly from our global suppliers — we've put together a clear return and refund policy to help guide you.
✅ When Can You Request a Refund or Replacement?
You may request a refund or replacement within 14 days of receiving your order if:
- The item arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from what was advertised
- You submit clear photos or videos of the issue within the 14-day timeframe
Please note:
We are unable to accept returns for change of mind or buyer’s remorse, as items are shipped directly from suppliers around the world.
🌍 International Orders & Shipping
We proudly ship worldwide, and we do our best to ensure smooth delivery to your country. However, a few important notes for international customers:
- Customs duties, taxes, and import fees may apply, depending on your country’s regulations. These are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
- Delivery times may vary due to customs processing, local courier delays, or international logistics.
- For returns, please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for any return shipping unless the item is faulty or sent in error.

📦 Important Return Info
- In some cases, a physical return may not be required — we’ll review your case and advise.
- Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition.
- If a return is approved, shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
🔧 Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If there’s a problem, contact us right away at theheydayshops@gmail.com with a brief description and photos of the issue. We’ll work quickly to sort it out for you.
🚫 Items That Can’t Be Returned
We cannot accept returns for the following:
- Perishable items (e.g. food, flowers, plants)
- Custom or personalized items
- Personal care and hygiene products (e.g. beauty or skincare items)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Sale items or gift cards

🔁 Need an Exchange?
If you’d like a different item, the fastest option is to place a new order. If your original item is eligible for return, we’ll guide you through that process separately.
🇪🇺 EU Customers: 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order was delivered within the European Union, you're entitled to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason — no questions asked.
To qualify, your item must be:
- Unworn and unused, with tags, in its original packaging
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
This right does not apply to excluded or non-returnable items listed above.
💳 Refunds
Once we’ve received and reviewed your return (if required), we’ll notify you about the status of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
- Please allow some time for your bank or credit card provider to post the funds.
